Selfies are the most taken photos in the world. But what is a selfie? Can you touch it? Can you feel it? Can you squeeze it?
No, most selfies are deleted - or posted to Instagram and lost amongst a sea of selfies long forgotten. And we all have that friend that has a million selfies on their profile.
Instead, why not get that fabulous selfie of yours printed on a super-soft pillow? Personalise your very own pillow exactly the way that you want it using our nifty little personalisation app. Put your face, your friend’s face, your mum’s face, Harry Style’s face, or Harry Style’s mum’s face on it to truly make a one-of-a-kind gift for your loved ones.
Pillow fights will never be the same with one of these puppies. Speaking of puppies, we’ve also got personalised face pillows for pets! Get a pillow face of your cat or dog too so you can have a personalised pillow for the whole family.
Now, choosing the right photos to print onto your cushion is easier than you think. We’ve put together some guidelines here on how to choose the best photos, but here’s a quick overview of what you need to look out for:
Make sure that your photos are bright and clear.Make sure that your photos are well-lit so that when we print your face onto the cushion. All skin tones print really well, but over-exposed light skin and under-exposed dark skin will lose detail when printing, so keep that in mind when selecting your photo.
Your smartphone camera should be able to take great photos (if it was made in the last 5 years or so), so you shouldn’t have any trouble there.
It’s better to use front profile pictures. Our cushions are made so that a face can fit neatly inside the template, so we recommend taking a front-facing photo to get the best results.
Align your photos so that they’re inside the print guidelines.Once you hit “personalise”, you’ll get a little app on your screen to help you upload and position your photo. Use the arrows on screen to align your photo within the template. If you need to zoom in or out, press the plus and minus buttons to get the correct placement.
What about pets?Trying to take a photo of a pet is going to be tricky, unless you’re a pro pet photographer, but the same rules apply for pets as it does for humans. Darker fur needs to be well lit and lighter fur mustn’t be over-exposed. We’ve also got a few pet heat shapes for you to choose from so that you can get the proper likeness for your pet.
Our personalised gifts are made in the UK and ship worldwide. It does take us a few days to print your cushion, so
